Creative Professional Placement
At The R.A.C.E. Group, we work with community partners to ensure the best artist is positioned with the best company or project. We want you to thrive as a creative, the community to flourish because of your creativity, and the employer to grow because of the relationship between creativity and community.
Skilled People And Process Leaders
We know how hard it can be to get the leadership opportunity of your dreams. The R.A.C.E. Group invests in knowing you as a leader, our community partners, and the available projects to ensure a successful experience.
Marginalized And Underserved
Sometimes life has a way of throwing us all into a space of uncertainty, despair, and discouragement. The R.A.C.E. Group supports our fellow residents who are faced with homelessness, prior incarceration, or other life circumstances that disrupt their ability to provide a holistically healthy lifestyle.
Youth Enrichment And Development
When The R.A.C.E. Group thinks of professionals both creatively or administratively, we do not exclude the youth in our communities. For this reason, we offer programming and opportunities that employ youth starting at 16-years of age. We desire to support them in developing and defining their character so they are well-equipped to contribute to the greater good of the community.
